Yes, to the continental United States — the forty-eight contiguous states and the District of Columbia. Every list price published in the 2026 Urbantime USA price book includes freight to that territory. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. territories, Canada and other export destinations are quoted separately; ask your rep or sales@urbantime-usa.com for a delivered quote. Product weights shown do not include packaging.
Custom colors require a $10,000 net minimum order and a $600 net upcharge per custom color. Specify a standard RAL color number. Requests are evaluated case by case and require approval. Contact your rep for a quote and lead time.
It depends on the piece. Most Zeroquindici.015, Ventiquattrore.h24 and Sempreverde.040 metal-base items arrive ready-equipped for bolting or plate connection; Cortina.026 requires metal anchor plates; Sempreverde.040 concrete cone bases are free-standing and need no fixing at all. The .h24 Swing must be anchored.
For anchoring to a hard surface we recommend M8×90/30 stainless steel or galvanized anchors.
Yes. Ventiquattrore.h24 offers ADA-compliant table-to-bench brackets (UT24AG15F··, UT24AG25F··, UT24AG35F··) that leave one side of the table open for wheelchair access, and Cortina.026 offers ADA-compliant ground-fixing brackets.
Every code on this site is the Diemmebi article number printed in the 2026 Listino Urbantime under Codice articolo / Item Code, so a US purchase order and a factory order in Italy read the same. The finish sits inside the code rather than being appended to it: UT24PNF7440A06 is a Ventiquattrore.h24 single-seat bench with backrest — UT24PNF the family, 74 the anthracite frame, 40 the model, A06 the ash wood-effect slats. Where a code is written UT24PNF··40A··, the dots are the part that changes with the finish, and the finish table on the product page prints every code in full. Accessories are their own line, never a suffix: a “Waste” label with ashtray is UTPS61I00. A piece the factory builds from several parts — a cabana, an OCTOPUS picnic table, a Sempreverde bench — lists every component code and its quantity, because that is how the order has to be written.
